If you want to clarify any of these prices or relate them to a specific job you have, please do give us a call. We try to give a fixed price with everything we do, but if we haven’t seen your job in person, ie phone and email enquiries, it’s impossible to give any more than an estimate. We also do not visit to quote minor works estimated to be less than a day, so please take these prices as a guide. As ever, we endeavour to complete jobs in good time, at a high standard, that leaves you as a satisfied customer.

Please note that we charge 1 hrs labour to attend any plumbing or heating faults. That hour is used to diagnose the fault and if possible, make a repair. If we cannot repair the fault within 1 hr, in most cases, we give you a quote for labour and materials to repair. Complex issues or issues that involve accessing inaccessible areas during the works, may have to be estimated.

For boiler repairs requiring parts, the cost is usually a total of 2 hrs labour plus parts and VAT. In some cases it is less, or more, but this is agreed with you in advance. We work for you with full transparency.
